This product is a pre-cooked mixture of bamboo shoots, Yanang and oyster mushrooms, pickled in a jar. The manufacturer Thai Dancer sells it under the name “Bamboo Shoot with Yanang and Oyster Mushroom”. There are also other jars with other kinds of mushrooms, and surely other manufacturers offer such products too.

This mixture serves as a base for various dishes from Isaan and Northern Thailand, in which a combination of these ingredients is used. You will find these jars here in well-stocked Asian supermarkets.
