Black Pepper Sauce is a dark sauce from China based on coarsely ground black peppercorns, often rounded out with soy sauce, stock, and a little sugar or starch. In China, it is called 黑椒汁.
You can find black pepper sauce in many Asian supermarkets that also stock other products from China.
