Five-Spice Powder is a Chinese spice blend in powder form, traditionally made from the five spices star anise, Sichuan pepper, cassia bark, fennel seeds and cloves. Variations also contain additional spices such as green cardamom or ginger.

In China the blend is called . It spread to Thailand with Chinese immigrants. There the blend is called and gave its name to a whole range of dishes, such as “Mhu Sam Chan Palo”. Five-spice powder is also used in Vietnam, where it is known as . In Korea it is called .
