Wonton Wrappers

Wonton wrappers are frozen dough sheets for Chinese wontons and other Asian dumplings. You can use them for frying or for soup. If you want to steam the dumplings, use the sheets intended for soup.

You can find these dough sheets in the freezer section of well-stocked Asian supermarkets.
